Asset Acquisition
PHP expertise and services in asset acquisition addresses 4 areas:
| 1. | Prospect Identification - Once the target market is defined we help identify the "influencer" and decision maker. These individuals could be a staff member/trustee/consultant. Whom ever they are they can by either influence or by vote can decide who will be hired for an investment assignment. |
2. | Prospect introduction - The principals of PHP have developed a vast network of strong contacts in the investment management industry. These relationships allow them the ability to arrange prospect introductions. |
3. | Request for Proposal/ Request for Information assistance - PHP will provide any level of assistance to the investment manager in preparing these documents. |

Asset Retention Services
Client Service Support - Timely answers to client questions and request are sometimes as important as performance. PHP will work with the plan sponsor and the manager to ensure that the needs of the manager's client are being met. We will also design a system to make sure that periodic contact is made with the client.
PHP will also prepare client for a plan sponsor meeting and/or accompany the investment manager to their client meeting. PHP will advise client how to respond to and report negative news to their client.
